Fr Michael DwyerInterim Rector - Father Michael Dwyer 

Father Michael Dwyer was born and raised on the South side of Chicago. He now lives in Park Forest, Illinois with his wife Jane, a teacher of the deaf specializing in infants to three year olds. They share their house with two cats. Fr. Mike and Jane have five grown children and seven  grandchildren so far.

Fr. Mike holds a Master’s Degrees in Health Administration and a Master’s Degree from Catholic Theological Union in Pastoral Studies. Before being ordained a priest in 2012, he worked in healthcare finances and information systems.

Fr. Mike and Jane enjoy camping, gardening and reading.

A native of Texas, Michael Soto studied organ performance and linguistics at the University of Texas at Austin. His primary teachers include Frank Speller and Gerre Hancock in Texas and Vincent Warnier in Paris. In 2011, he was awarded a State Department English Language Fellowship in Tunisia, and while there, he served as organist of the Cathedral of St. Vincent de Paul in Tunis. Michael’s musical interests include French organ music of the 20th century and Anglican choral music. He performs throughout the Chicago area as an organist, violist, and pianist, and he is the accompanist of the Grande Prairie Singers.
