Ice Cream Social
St. John's 4th of July Ice Cream
Social has become one of THE events of the Flossmoor social
season! Volunteers help the day before the Social with a
couple hours spent setting up tables, chairs, tents, and
serving tables, setting out decorations, or shopping for food
and other supplies. On the day of the Social, volunteers are
needed from about 8:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. to set up, serve
food, socialize with guests, and clean up. Other volunteers
help with pre-event publicity and arranging entertainment,
such as a petting zoo, magic show, musician(s), etc.
